Public Safety Personnel

Working closely with those who call us for scene work is a vital part of maintaining safety when working around the helicopter. Personnel are eligible to ride on either the helicopter or the MICU.

911 Dispatchers, EMTs, Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers and State Highway Patrol officers who are working for a public 911 service/agency which utilizes MedFlight's services are invited to come spend the day.

The weight limit for the helicopter is 200lbs.

Hospital Personnel

Physicians and nurses working in Emergency Departments and Critical Care Units (ICU, CCU, SICU) are invited to come spend the day with MedFlight. Physicians and nurses are eligible to ride on the helicopter or MICU. The weight limit for the helicopter is 200lbs.
